Hello all as you know that BSNL bbm is not working anymore and UDP ports are closed by the company.But don't worry I present a method for all to make bbm again working on UDP porst.Well this method is based on APN-Changing method which might work for you as it is wrking good in Punjab (Confirmed).Just download the file and use BSNL bbm again without any problem.
